We collect information provided during tutor registration: name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, Ghana Card details, selfie, qualifications, and references. For students leaving reviews, we collect name and phone number.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to verify tutor identities, display tutor profiles, facilitate contact between students and tutors, and improve our platform.

3. Information Sharing

Tutor profile information (name, subjects, area, bio, rating) is publicly visible. Ghana Card details and selfie photos are only visible to administrators for verification purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Images are stored securely on Cloudinary. However, no system is completely secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain tutor data as long as their profile is active. You can request account deletion by contacting us.
