Registered as a tutor but lost your profile link? Enter your registered phone number to find it.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your LessonPro tutor account at any time:

  1. Open your tutor profile and tap Manage Profile.
  2. Verify your registered phone number with the code we text you.
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone and tap Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is permanent. Your profile, identity documents, references, reviews, and contact information are removed and cannot be recovered. If you cannot sign in, email support@fixam.pro and we will delete your account within 7 days.

How do I delete my tutor account?
Open your profile page on LessonPro and go to Manage Profile. Verify your registered phone number, then scroll to the Danger Zone and type DELETE to confirm. Once confirmed, your profile, identity documents, references, reviews and contact details are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you cannot sign in, email support@fixam.pro from your registered email and we will delete your account within 7 days.
How do I become a verified tutor?
Apply through the Become a Tutor page. Submit your Ghana Card, a verification selfie, your qualifications and references. Our team reviews applications within 24-48 hours.
How do I edit my profile or update my ID documents?
Open your profile, tap Manage Profile, verify your phone, then use the Edit Profile tab or Update ID Documents section. Changes are reviewed by our team before going live.
How do I report a tutor?
Open the tutor's profile on getlessonpro.com and tap Report this tutor. We review every report within 24 hours.
Is LessonPro free to use?
Yes. Browsing and contacting tutors is completely free for students. Joining as a tutor is also free.
Why was my account suspended or rejected?
We suspend or reject accounts that fail identity checks, receive repeated reports, or violate our Terms of Service. If you believe this is a mistake, email support@fixam.pro with your full name and registered phone number.
